FDIC Coverage Information

Notice of changes in temporary FDIC insurance coverage for transaction accounts

By federal law, as of 1.1.2013, funds in a noninterest-bearing transaction account (including an IOLTA/IOLA) will no longer receive unlimited deposit insurance coverage, but will be FDIC-insured to the legal maximum of $250,000 for each ownership category. For more information, visit www.fdic.gov/deposit/.

Need help calculating the insurance coverage on your personal accounts held at FCCB? The FDIC has a great tool called Electronic Deposit Insurance Estimator (EDIE) on their website: www.fdic.gov/edie.

Where can I go if I still have questions?

You can call FDIC toll-free at 877.ASK.FDIC (877.275.3342) from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. (eastern time) or contact them online at www.fdic.gov/consumers. You can also call Four Corners Community Bank directly at 505.327.3222 during regular banking hours, or visit one of our locations.
