What is a debit card?

A Visa debit card allows you to use your checking account to pay for items without writing a check. When you use your debit card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted directly from your checking account. FCCB debit cards are backed by Visa® Zero Liability which guarantees that you won’t be responsible for fraudulent charges made with your card.

  • Equipped with chip/EMV technology
  • PIN-based or signature-based at any POS (point-of-sale)
  • Withdraw cash from any FCCB ATM 24 hours a day, seven days a week

How does a debit card work?
