Customer service manager: Provides overall branch office operations and personnel management of branch staff. Handles all types of deposit account inquiries and procedures, and fulfills all responsibilities of a new accounts representative. Requires a technical level of knowledge normally acquired through completion of an associate’s or bachelor’s-level program in business administration, finance, or related field. Applicant will have three to five years previous experience as a customer service representative, lead teller, or new account representative. Managerial experience preferred along with an extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development, and customer relations. Must possess competence in supervisory role; will monitor and evaluate the work of others. Effective written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service skills are required.
Loan utility specialist: Provides support to the loan department in all background processing of loans, such as documentation preparation, file tracking, and a variety of clerical duties. Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent education. Must possess a satisfactory understanding of loan application and documentation requirements, and be skilled in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, etc. Effective written and verbal communication skills and exceptional customer service skills are required.
Teller (part-time and full-time): Provides better than expected customer service and teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, change orders, balance requests, etc. Effectively communicates benefits and features of bank products and services to customers and looks for cross-selling and referral opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
