SUMMARY: Establishes and maintains a satisfied consumer and business customer base by providing better than expected service in a professional manner. Performs a complete range of customer services such as teller and counter-based transactions, opens new accounts, and assists customers with inquiries concerning bank services.
REPORTS TO: Durango Market President
SUMMARY: Assistant to lender(s) in overall loan application, closing, and post-closing process for various loan types. Ensures loan packages adhere to various compliance standards. Performs administrative duties and services for the Durango market president. May be called on to perform a complete range of customer services such as teller and counter-based transactions, open new accounts, and assist customers with inquiries concerning bank services. Partners closely with branch office management to support the strategic sales goals to achieve growth goals and customer satisfaction objectives while contributing to the management of risk, operational efficiencies, and overall objectives of the bank.
